The Valley Property Owners Association

The 2018 mandatory dues letters were mailed February 28th.

The Valley POA would like to thank all the members that have paid early this year. It helps the Valley POA board of directors in conducting monthly operations and planning future events in the Valley.

Just a reminder that the mandatory dues payments must be postmarked by March 30th or paid via Paypal by March 30th to avoid a $35.00 late fee being applied to the account.

If you own a property in the Valley POA but have moved or changed addresses. It is the property owners  responsibility to notify the board of directors so that we can update your mailing records.

We would also like to say thank you for all the complements we have received on how the board is doing. We really appreciate the feedback.

Do Not place your Big Green Bin at the curb until July!

1. Keep using your little blue tub until June 1st.
2. Recycling then will be suspended for 30 Days.
3. Recycling will Resume in July with your new Big Green Cart.
4. Recycling pickup will then be every other week.

Please remember information is subject to change as we get information from the City.

Starting February 6th 2018 The new trash day will now be on Tuesday’s. Please place your trash out Monday Evening for a Tuesday pickup.

Soon we will have new recycle cans with lids and the old blue tubs will be going away. As soon as we get more information we will post the information. The new cans will help in containing recycles from blowing around the neighborhood during high winds.
