The Valley Property Owners Association

Tuesday June 19th 2018 at 7:00pm is the date and time for the Valley POA annual meeting to be held at Stonegate Church located at 17101 N Western Ave at 7:00pm

The Valley POA board of directors will be going over the yearly board accomplishments and business of the Valley POA. and the 2018-2019 elections will be held.  All members of the mandatory sections of the Valley property owners association are welcome to attend. Members that are current on there dues will be given a ballot to vote. Voting of the 2018-2019 board will be held at the end of the meeting.

The two shade pavilion’s are installed in the park. The pavilions will be an added welcome just in time for those hot summer days.

Just one of the many ways your POA dues helps make the Valley a better place to live.

The New park swings have been added to the Valley POA Playground. The next phase for the Valley POA park are two picnic shade pavilions which will be installed as soon as scheduling and weather cooperates.

The Valley POA board of directors meeting will be on Thursday May 3rd 2018

Location will be at Stonegate Church located at 17101 N Western Ave at 7:00pm

The Valley POA board of directors will be going over the monthly business of the Valley POA.  All of the Valley property owners are welcome to attend.

The 2018 mandatory dues letters were mailed February 28th.

The Valley POA would like to thank all the members that have paid early this year. It helps the Valley POA board of directors in conducting monthly operations and planning future events in the Valley.

Just a reminder that the mandatory dues payments must be postmarked by March 30th or paid via Paypal by March 30th to avoid a $35.00 late fee being applied to the account.

If you own a property in the Valley POA but have moved or changed addresses. It is the property owners  responsibility to notify the board of directors so that we can update your mailing records.
