Park and Playground Rules


 The Valley POA Park
& Playground Rules & Regulations

Park Hours: 08:30am to Dusk

Play at your own risk
Park is for Valley POA residents only.
Residents under age of 18 must be accompanied by an Adult or Guardian.
No rough playing or bullying permitted.
Playground equipment is rated for children ages 5 to 12.
No jumping off playground equipment or climbing slides.
No Firearms, Bows and arrows, traps, hunting in Park Area or Creek area.
No glass bottles in play area or park.
No Alcoholic beverages or marijuana of any kind are allowed in Park.
No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere in park area.
No profanity in park area or around children.
No pets of any kind are allowed in park area.
No playing anywhere around creek or creek bank.
Pickup after yourself, your children.
Park closes while mowing is underway.
Park closes immediately during stormy weather.
No skateboards on park equipment.
No loitering around or under bridge.
No motorized vehicles are allowed in park area or other common areas.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to the police and the valley board of directors.
Report any damaged playground equipment or park facilities to the valley board of directors immediately by calling 405-509-5162.
Report any abusive activity of playground equipment to the valley board of directors  by calling 405-509-5162.

NOTICE: Violation of any of the above rules and regulations is cause for immediate removal from park and suspension of using park facilities. Failure to leave park when asked will result in trespassing charges being filed on any person/s. A fine may be assessed by the Valley POA Board of directors for any person/s violating the rules and regulations of park.
Notice: Service Animals and their owner are always welcome within the park but must follow guidelines to ensure the safety of residents, children playing, the service animal and its owner.  Documentation of animal may be requested. (Note: intentional misrepresentation of a service animal is illegal and punishable by law)
