The Valley POA Inc. is providing this information to help assists real estate professionals in marketing the Valley homes properly.
There are many homes in the Valley that are in the mandatory sections and therefore required to pay mandatory dues, however there are some sections that are voluntary.
The park area is a private park that is owned and maintained by The Valley POA Inc. for the residents of the mandatory sections. Their dues made the playground happen.
The voluntary homeowner sections are now required to join The Valley POA to be able to use the facilities of the park, playground and future facilities. Upon joining, the property owner will be given full access to current and future facilities and any gate key cards.
Valley property owners in the voluntary sections may join The Valley POA and are welcome to join. The process is quite simple.
