We will have a scheduled park closing consisting of two days this spring for some necessary repairs and upgrades. Please check back for these dates.

The Valley POA 2026 Dues letters have been mailed and should already be in your mailbox. If you have not received your dues letter please contact the Valley POA. The Dues for 2026 is $92.00 per lot. You can easily pay online by clicking the “Pay Dues” tab and then click on the “Pay Now with Cheddar up” Orange button.

Please watch out for our crews while we start our Fall and Winter projects. There are many updates to the Valley POA we will be working on. We will keep you posted.

When working or playing outside be sure to take necessary breaks. The high heat and humidity can become a deadly pair. Please remember that Oklahoma City is always on an Odd – Even watering for your lawn.

The Valley POA will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, June 19th at the Stonegate Church located at 17101 N. Western. The meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.

The agenda will be like any normal monthly meeting and will update members on what the Valley POA is currently working on and the goals set for the coming year. The board will also go over what has been accomplished over the past year.

We will also be holding an election for 2025-2026 board members. We will also have a guest speaker Officer Robert Skalla from the Okc. Police dept. going over ways to make our neighborhood safer.

If you are a property owner in the mandatory dues sections in good standing with your dues current, and no current Covenant Conditions & Restrictions violations you may vote in the election. We look forward to seeing you at 7pm.
