Many Valley POA residents are talking about the recent hail storm and asking what they should do about their roof. The Valley POA has compiled a booklet of helpful information on roofing. With the Valley’s age we have had many types of roofs over the years starting with the old three tab shingles and progressing to the laminated shingles which most either have or will be transitioning to this year. The following shingles are approved for meeting the roofing standards of the CCR’s and the Valley POA architectural committee.

Ensure that your roofer is aware of the covenants & restrictions for shingles.

We got the email today that phase one “the East side” of the Valley is now live with AT&T fiber. We are waiting to hear word when phase two “the West side” of the valley will be coming and will let you know. Some have asked what type of speeds will we be able to achieve. On the AT&T website they show 1Gig – 2Gig – and 5Gig speeds and some slower speeds for the light user.

April 15th 2023 this Saturday from 12pm to 3pm AT&T will have a tent setup at Sunny Hollow Rd. & N.W. 168th St. Near the Valley Sign to answer questions and to help neighbors sign up for the new fiber service.

The Valley POA Dues letters have been mailed and should arrive in your mailbox any day.

The dues amount per lot is $84.00 Please remember late fees are applied on April 1st if you have not paid.

We would like to thank all of the owners who have payed so early this year. It really helps the POA in processing the dues.

We have several repair and cleanup projects underway as weather permits during the Winter months. please watch out for crews as we make the Valley a better place to live.
