2019 Mandatory dues letters mailed

The 2019 mandatory dues letters were mailed February 25th.

The Valley POA would like to thank all the members that have paid early this year. It helps the Valley POA board of directors in conducting monthly operations and planning future events in the Valley.

Just a reminder that the mandatory dues payments must be postmarked by March 30th or paid via Paypal by March 30th to avoid a $50.00 late fee being applied to the account.

If you own a property in the Valley POA but have moved or changed addresses. It is the property owners  responsibility to notify the board of directors so that we can update your mailing records.

We would also like to say thank you for all the complements we have received on how the board is doing. We really appreciate the feedback.
