The Valley Property Owners Association

The 2021 Valley POA dues letters have been mailed. The Valley POA has many projects planned for the 2021 year and your dues helps make the Valley a better place to live. Also your payments are due by March 31st 2021.

The 2020 Ice Storm damage cleanup is finished. Oklahoma City has completed its second round of tree limb pickup in the Valley. If you should have additional limb clean up you will need to hire someone to haul off the limbs.

Due to the pandemic and rising cases in the state. the Valley POA will be holding monthly meetings and business via phone calls until further notice. The Valley POA will post when the next meeting will be held at Stonegate church.

The Valley POA Annual Members Meeting. The Valley POA will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, June 16th at the Stonegate Church located at 17101 N. Western. The meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.

We are requiring individuals to wear a mask during the meeting and to practice social distancing. The agenda will be like any normal monthly meeting and will update members on what the Valley POA is currently working on and the goals set for the coming year. The board will also go over what has been accomplished over the last year.

We will also be holding an election for 2020-2021 board members. We will also have a guest speaker Officer Robert Skalla from the Okc. Police dept. going over ways to make our neighborhood safer.

If you are a property owner in the mandatory dues sections in good current standing with your dues current, you may vote in the election. We look forward to seeing you at 7pm. The Valley POA

The Valley POA monthly board meeting will be Thursday, April 9th at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Stonegate Church located at 17101 N Western Ave. The Board of Directors will be going over the day to day operations of the POA. Due to pandemic and restrictions on meeting sizes, this meeting will only be for the Board of Directors only.
