 The Valley POA Neighborhood Garage sale will be held Friday & Saturday April 15th & 16th 2016 from 8am to 2pm. You can get your garage sale permit online.  To help us get a head count please signup on Nextdoor.com’s event calendar if you are planning on holding a garage sale.

Next board meeting April 7th 2016

The Valley POA board of directors meetings are being held on the First Thursday of every month at Stonegate Church located at 17101 N Western Ave at 7:00pm

The Valley POA board of directors will be going over the monthly business of the Valley POA.  All of the Valley property owners are welcome to attend.

Thanks to everyone who decorated their homes this season! The participation was fantastic and we had a hard time choosing three winners.
In the end, we based our decisions on overall originality, number of lights and other holiday elements.[epa-album id=”996″ show_title=”false” display=”excerpt”]

*First prize this year went to David and Jackie Elk on Valley Court located on the West Side of the creek. Our two runners up are both located on NW 168th on the East Side. Bennie and Susan Riddle and Luke Orvis.

Please take the time to drive around the Valley and look at all the hard work that these folks and all of the others have put in!

Western signs repainted and shrubs trimmed

Since Road work is now on the west side of Western The Valley POA board has been playing catch up trying to get as much accomplished before the cold weather arrives. The Valley POA board repainted the signs on Western and also cleaned and trimmed some of the shrubs that were blocking the visibility of the signs.

Solar Lights are UP and Running!

Solar lights on the signs are up and running. This should help to make it a lot easier to see our entrances at night when coming home in the dark this winter. The Valley poa is still working with OG&E to get the street light back at N.W. 172nd St. will keep you informed as we get more info.
