The Valley Property Owners Association

The 2017 Valley POA dues letters have been mailed as of March 17th. If you have not received your bill please contact the Valley POA board of Directors at 405-509-5162 and leave a message.

If you are an investor owner that does not occupy the property and your mailing address has changed please contact the Board of Directors at directors@thevalleypoa.com. It is not the Board of Directors responsibility to track down owners that have changed addresses.

Please remember a  late fee of $35.00 will be applied on May 2nd 2017.

The Valley POA board of directors will be going over the monthly business of the Valley POA.  All of the Valley property owners are welcome to attend.

The Valley POA 33rd annual meeting will be held at Stonegate Church located at 17101 N Western Ave on June 21st 2016 at 7pm.  All the Valley property owners are encouraged to attend the meeting. If you are not able to attend the meeting and are pleased with the current board members and the direction they have taken the Valley POA, please consider voting by proxy.
