The Valley POA Dues letters have been mailed and should arrive in your mailbox any day.
The dues amount per lot is $84.00 Please remember late fees are applied on April 1st if you have not paid.
To pay online the easy way go to the Pay Dues tab and look for the “Pay Now with Cheddar Up” button. It’s that easy.
We would like to thank all of the owners who have payed early again this year. It really helps the POA in processing the dues.
Dont be fooled by mother nature with this warm February weather. There is sure to be another freeze or two. Most owners wait till after Easter to start their spring planting and avoid a costly Freeze.

Winter cleanup projects are underway around the park and south bridge area and around N.W. 168th St. Entrance. Please drive slowly to allow crews a safe work enviroment.
The Valley POA will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, June 2oth at the Stonegate Church located at 17101 N. Western. The meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.
The agenda will be like any normal monthly meeting and will update members on what the Valley POA is currently working on and the goals set for the coming year. The board will also go over what has been accomplished over the past year.
We will also be holding an election for 2023-2024 board members. We will also have a guest speaker Officer Robert Skalla from the Okc. Police dept. going over ways to make our neighborhood safer.
If you are a property owner in the mandatory dues sections in good standing with your dues current, and no current Covenant Conditions & Restrictions violations you may vote in the election. We look forward to seeing you at 7pm.
